The Shifting Sands Archive
This is one of the first sites I found when I got into the X-Men many years ago. Not sure why I didn't put this link up before now other than becasue there isn't many Cyclops fics here. Make sure you check out "Orphans" by Dex. It is, IMHO, one of the best Scott/Jubilee friendship fics on the net.

 Marvel Database
Direct link to the section on Scott Summers (Earth-616). There is a LOT of information here on pretty much everything Marvel related. Somewhat surprisingly, the background for Scott here is more detailed then the official one on the Marvel site. One of the few X-related sites that is still updated at least somewhat regularly.

 Mutant High
Lots of stuff here including issue reviews, character profiles and much, much more. Definetly worth taking some time to check it out.
